phpYellow Pro Edition^TM LISTINGS are separate from this 'advertise here' option. phpYellow listings - such as sponsor, gold or silver listing types - contain sophisticated handling for placement, position, appearance, purchase, renewal and email notification for each listing. This is SEPARATE from the manual process described here for the optional 'advertise here' left and right column advertising.

This page called /templates/advertise_here.php is where a phpYellow site owner would place prices and descriptions. These prices and descriptions are for optional text or image ads manually placed in the left or right page columns.

For example, you could place text and or image advertising into the files called left.php and right.php both found in the /templates folder.

Simple

This page is for simple ad management. You could bill once per year. You choose the amount payable. phpYellow shows clickthru's for each customer's website in the client Control Panel for each customer. When the customer logs in, they see their website clickthrus.

Advanced

For advanced ad management you may want to consider using a third party ad management script such as phpAds.
